the 5th day of January 2019. Signs were posted for: Rezone of 16.52 acres from R-15 and R-4 to
R-8; development agreement modification; and preliminary plat for 82 single-family residential
lots, 1 common driveway lot and 6 common lots for Oakwind Subdivision.
