North Half of the East Star Drive Road Right of Way Lying in a portion of the NE 1/4 of Section 31,
Township 4 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Meridian, Ada County Idaho, and more
particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a found Aluminum Cap Marking the Northeast Corner of the NE 1/4 of said
Section 31; From which, the East 1/4 Corner of said Section 31 bears, South 00°33'52"
West, 2,659.63 feet which is being Monumented with a found Aluminum Cap; Thence
along Easterly Boundary Line of the NE 1/4 of said Section 31, South 00033'52" West,
1329.69 feet to a point being on the Prolongation of the Northerly Boundary Line of said
Razzberry Crossing Subdivision; Thence leaving said Easterly Boundary Line, and along
