PZ - 2019-01-17 Meridian PressNOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 17, 2019 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of: Toll ID I LLC for a Rezone of 7.39 acres of land from the R-15 zoning district to the R-4 zoning district; and a Preliminary Plat consisting of eighteen single family residential lots and six common lots on approvimately 7.29 acres in a proposed R-4 zoning district for Oakmore Subdivision (H-2018-0118) located near the intersection of W. Gondola Dr. and N. Black Cat Rd. Toll ID I LLC for a Rezone of 16.52 acres ofland from the R-15 and R-4 zoning district to the R-8 zoning district; a Preliminary Plat consisting of 82 single family residential lots and 7 common lots on approximately 16.52 acres in a proposed R-8 zoning district for Oakwind Subdivision (H-2018-0119) located near the intersection of N. McDermott and W. McMillan Rds. Stapleton, LLC for Annexation and Zoning of 38.15 acres of land with an R-15 zoning district; and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 223 building lots and 27 common lots on 35.67 acres of land in the R-15 zoning district for Stapleton Subdivision (H-2018-0129) located at the SW corner of S. Meridian Rd./SH 69 and W. Harris St. Amanda Blackwell, neUdesign Architecture, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit for a multi-family family development consisting of 4 units on 0.29 of an acre of land in the R-15 zoning district, for Pine Four-Plex (H-2018-0135) located 645 W. Pine Ave. Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the above applications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act.
