Thanks for taking time to meet with me, John Carpenter and Bill Parsons this afternoon. As we discussed, you
indicated that you are fine with the following items.
Private Street. Attached please find the exhibit we discussed. Per the exhibit we will plat the common lot as
shown and will have 19' driveways.
Retaining wall along the purdam. The wall will not be higher than ground surface on the development
side. We will have the fence on top of the wall.
Table 11-2a-7 has 2,000 min for property size requirement. As we discussed, you indicated that you are fine
with our lot sizes.
Would you please respond to this email confirming the above items we discussed are acceptable.
I appreciate your help.
We'll see you tonight at the P&Z meeting.
