Sonya and Bill,
Thank you for the VillaSport staff report.
I noticed that there are a few inconsistencies between the application form and the project narrative, my mistake,
very sorry.
To confirm:
The overall square footage is:
• 99,000 SF athletic club and spa
• 15,300 SF multi -tenant retail building
• Total: 114,300 SF (this is correct in the staff report, just sending since there's a discrepancy in our submittal
materials)
The hours of operation proposed:
• Indoor activities: 4am — midnight
• Outdoor activities: 5am —11pm; however, music/speakers will only operate gam —10pm.
Conditions of Approval:
Staff's recommendation on page 9 should reference the provisions in section VIII.A not VII.A.
1.1.a. Reference section VIII, not VII.
1.1.c. & 2.1.a The development is adjacent to a street to the south. Residential homes are located more than 100'
from the outdoor areas. Request all reference to "residential district" be modified to "residential use/structure".
Additionally:
A street exists to the south; residential uses are on the other side/south side of the street.
The outdoor areas are Seasonal
Large trees and open space exist between the two uses.
Ustick and Eagle is the 5th busiest intersection in the State of Idaho — ambient street noise
1.1.d. & 2.1.d Due to street separation request 50' from property line be modified to 100' separation from
residential use/structure (similar to 1.1.c.) Outdoor hours of operation 5am —11pm, with speakers limited to 9am —
10pm.
1.1.f. Request all reference to "residential district" be modified to "residential use/structure".
2.2. Hours of operation are 4am — midnight (Golds Gym across Eagle Road is 24 hours).
