To Whom It May Concern:
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that Buyrite, LLC. is formally withdrawing their
application for consideration of the 96 unit multifamily complex located at their Ustick / Linder
property.
It was apparent at the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting on November 15th, that the
Chairperson, Commissioners, and City Planners did not believe the project was in compliance
with the future Comprehensive Plan for the City of Meridian. Thereby, the property owner has
determined it is not in his best interest to proceed with the project as it stands as it may meet with
further opposition.
