Linder Road and U -Stick Road We are opposed to this rezoning request. The proposed density for the development is above the density range of 6-15 units/acre. The proposal does not comply with the requirements of the Mixed Use -Community designation because the proposed density is greater than the range proposed in the Comprehensive Plan. The project doesn't integrate with the surrounding area. There is no pedestrian or vehicle connectivity between the proposed project and the properties to the north. The current approvals for the site are superior to the proposal and should remain in place. This is not a good location for an apartment building that houses 96 family units There are many other property locations that would accommodate this development much better. I hope you will seriously consider the wishes of your Meridian property tax payers.
