PZ - Applicant Communication with MFDChris Johnson From: Rebecca McKay <es-beckym@gwestoffice.net> Sent: Tuesday, December 11, 2018 10:46 AM To: Joe Bongiorno Subject: RE: Oakmore Joe You are correct, the common drive exceeds 150 feet. We will look at reconfiguring the lots and reducing the length. There are 18 buildable lots in Oakmore. We have a secondary access to the south connecting to the Jump Creek project. They are in the process of designed the phase directly south of Oakmore. I do not anticipate construction of Oakmore for 2 years. Thanks, Becky McKay, Partner Engineering Solutions, LLP 1029 N. You will need a turnaround on it as well. Also —you will need a secondary access for this project as well. If you count parcels from the Oaks, it is well over 30 parcels. If you have another drawing that shows more than what I have, I will look it over. Joe Bongiorno CFI, CFEI Deputy Chief — Fire Marshal Meridian Fire 33 E.
