You are correct, the common drive exceeds 150 feet. We will look at reconfiguring the lots and reducing the length.
There are 18 buildable lots in Oakmore. We have a secondary access to the south connecting to the Jump Creek
project. They are in the process of designed the phase directly south of Oakmore. I do not anticipate construction of
Oakmore for 2 years.

Also —you will need a secondary access for this project as well. If you count parcels from the Oaks, it is well over 30
parcels.
