NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the
Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing
at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m.
on Wednesday, January 2, 2018 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications
of:
Michael Nigh for a Preliminary Plat consisting of 47 residential lots and 8 common lots
on 6.23 acres of land in an R-15 zoning district for Rockbury Townhomes (H-2018-0091)
located North of W . Chinden Blvd. on the West side on N. Tree Farm Way
SCS Brighton, LLC for Annexation and Zoning of 1.68 acres of land with a C-G
zoning district for TM Crossing Expansion (H-2018-0122) located East of S. Ten Mile Rd. on
the North side of I-84
Schultz Development for Annexation and Zoning of 36.22 acres of land with an R-4
(19.94 acres) and R-8 (16.28 acres) zoning districts; and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 130
building lots and 19 common lots on 36.22 acres of land for Warrick Subdivision (H-2018-
0115) located at 2445 E. Amity Rd.
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested
persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes
per person. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S.
Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to
cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the above applications
should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all
materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public
records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act. Anyone desiring
