I just wanted to express our view to the request of Villasport to obtain a
Conditioinal Use Permit to operate an indoor and outdoor arts, entertainment or
recreation facility earlier than 6 a.m. I realize that when you move and or live
close to commercial property, that you have to expect such things, but 6 a.m.
seems a little early when it is going to be directly behind homes where I know
there are small children. I don't object to the facility, just the hours.
