I have reviewed the staff report and here are the 3 things: 1. Lot 25, Block 4: we will probably adjust that driveway slightly with the final plat to meet frontage requirements. good catch. 2. We are not proposing a tot lot. 3. The little numbered notes so a 6' open vision fencing at the back of the lots parallel to the Ten Mile Creek. We are planning on 6' wrought iron and the landscape architect should have called it out that way. thats it. Thanks! Staff will recommend a play equipment is provided but you can ask for it not to be if you don't want to provide it. 3. Yes, 6' open was called out; however, no fencing is proposed between the pathway and the creek — that's what the note was about that said "Council should determine if a fence is necessary for public safety. thats it.
