not a party to the above entitled action.
2. That I am the Principle Clerk of the
Meridian Press, a weekly newspaper
published in the City of Meridian, in the
County of Ada, State of Idaho; that
the said newspaper is in general
circulation in the said County of
Ada, and in the vicinity of
Meridian, and has been
uninterruptedly published in said
County during a period of seventy-eight
consecutive weeks prior to the first
publication of this notice, a copy of
which is hereto attached.
3. That the notice, of which the annexed is
a printed copy, was published in said

entire issue of said paper, and was

NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the
Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing
at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m.
on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications
of:
Travis Barney, Alturas 1550 Tech Lane, LLC for Rezone of 7.24 acres from I-L to C-
G zone for Alturas Rezone (H-2018-0105) located at 1550 S. Tech Ln.
Ten Mile Development, LLC for Rezone of 3.53 acres of land from the L-O to the R-15
zoning district; and a Development Agreement Modification to remove the subject property
from the existing agreement (Instrument No. 106002636, Silver Oaks Subdivision) for Elevate
Franklin Storage (H-2018-0109) located at the NW corner of W. Franklin Rd. and N. Umbria
Hill's Ave. at 3755 W. Perugia St.
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested
persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes
per person. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S.
Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to
cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the above applications
should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all
materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public
records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act. Anyone desiring
accommodation for disabilities related to documents and/or hearings should contact the City
Clerk’s Office at 208-888-4433 at least 72 hours prior to the hearing.
