The offset for a local street to intersect a principal arterial, which both Linder & Ustick are, is 1,320 -feet. This site
does not have enough frontage to meet this offset.

The 2 access points would not meet ACHD's offset requirement for a local street onto an arterial street. Also, It
would not be in the public's best interest for a local street to serve this one lot.
