We are working through design questions with the City Engineer for placement of the sewer service, water
service and the path location. As such, we need to request an additional continuance to Dec. 20th in order
to reach a consensus on these items. I have notified the landscape architect about the changes and will
hopefully be able to provide both an updated plat and updated landscape plan prior to 10 days before Dec.
20th.
