PZ - 2018-12-20 Meridian PressNOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 20, 2018 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of: Sadie Creek Commons, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to operate an indoor and outdoor arts, entertainment or recreation facility earlier than 6:00 AM on 11.39 acres in the C-G zoning district; and Modification to a Development Agreement to modify an existing development agreement to change the previously approved concept plan with a new concept plan for Villasport (H-2018-0121) located at the SW corner of E. Ustick Rd. and N. Eagle Rd. FIG Village at Parkside, LLC for Annexation and Zoning of 19.07 acres of land with an R-15 zoning district; a Conditional Use Permit for a multi-family development consisting of 238 dwelling units on 18.18 acres of land in an R-15 zoning district; and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 67 building lots and 3 common lots on 18.18 acres of land in the R-15 zoning district for Entrata Farms (H-2018-0125) located at 3880 and 3882 W. Franklin Rd. Steve Bainbridge for Annexation and Zoning of 3.68 acres of land with a C-G zoning district for Bainbridge Franklin (H-2018-0059) located at 2075 and 2155 W. Franklin Rd. Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the above applications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act.
