Dear City of Meridian,
I am writing to express my opposition to the development of the Buyrite Apts. near the intersection of
Linder and Ustick. I live near the intersection of Linder and Mcmillian. Within one mile of my residence
there is at least 6 new apartment projects, maybe more, and each of them are being built next to two lane
residential roads. In each case there is no indication of any infrastructure improvements being made as part
of the project. During this last year, as you know, traffic congestion has increased a great deal. Adding more
apartment projects like this without road improvements reduces the quality of life that we all have enjoyed
in the past.
Please attach a requirement for infrastructure improvements to any future development projects.
