Dear Planning and Zoning Commissioners, We live at 3726 South Selatir Pl. abutting the proposed subdivision. We
are on 3+ acres and have enjoyed our rural setting for 20 years! We've worked with the developer at some previous
meetings and appreciate the community park abutting ourProperty, but in addition would request a six foot privacy
fence and either a restriction for a single story house on the one lot against our southeast corner or no second story
windows facing North. We have a detached outdoor Kitchen and Pool which we enjoy our Privacy! Boise City
actually gave us a 50' Transition Strip with Trees and a six foot fence on the just completed subdivision on our East
border.
