Thanks for the follow-up with the Fulcher's in regard to the staff recommendation on #1.3e for the provision of a
landscaped common lot along Trenton Ave.; as it's worded it's only a recommendation not a requirement but you
can ask the Commission's consideration in removing it if you'd like.
In regard to the garages referenced in Section V.T, I will add 2 -car garages as an option in the Commission
recommendation document; it's not a specific requirement to construct 3 -car garages so nothing needs to be
changed in Section VIII.

Hi Sonya,
We reviewed the staff report and the consensus was that it looks GREAT. Thanks for your help on it — I know you
guys are short handed.
Shon Parks (T -O Engineers) has previously discussed the future home plans for lot 6 block 7 with the Owners who
will retain that lot. Their desire is to have their access off of Trenton Ave. While we agree the landscape lot might
be nice they would prefer not to have the common lot continued.
Item V.T discusses 3 car garages. There is a chance that there may be 2 car garages in the project; I can see this
more on the R-8 side.
