We will go through this and get back to you with any responses/questions. But at a glance I'm not sure you
calculated the density correctly. Also, I have met with the property owner to the north and we will be granting a
shared access to our driveway on Linder Road. They will be at our meeting Thursday night talking about adding that
as a requirement and we have agreed.

Attached is the staff report for the proposed preliminary plat, conditional use permit and development
modification for Alpina Townhome Subdivision H-2018-0090. This item is scheduled to be on the Council
agenda on November 15, 2018. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue,
beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
