I am a long term resident of Meridian and wanted to state that I would like the current commercially zoned area at
Linder and Ustick to remain Commercial property. I have seen development of commercial areas in Meridian over
the past several years start to change Meridian into more than a suburb of Boise. I enjoy the access to stores,
restaurants, etc. close to my home. It helps create both local jobs as well as more of a community feel. I hope you
consider leaving this lot commercially zoned. I see there is also an apartment complex being considered for the lot
across Linder from this lot. If in fact there are two apartment complexes it will have a huge impact on the traffic
patterns on what is already a very busy road.
