I have seen development of commercial areas in Meridian over the past several years start to change Meridian into more than a suburb of Boise. I enjoy the access to stores, restaurants, etc. close to my home. It helps create both local jobs as well as more of a community feel. I hope you consider leaving this lot commercially zoned. I see there is also an apartment complex being considered for the lot across Linder from this lot.
