Subject:Summertown Subdivision
Dear City Council,
I am writing to you to express my concerns with Summertown Subdivision. I will not be at the hearing on the 7th as I
will be out of town.
I'm concerned with the lack of transition and the density of this project in this particular location.
Putting apartments in the middle of single family homes is not appropriate.
The children would need to be bussed to River Valley.
Meridian Road needs to be improved before any further development.
There are already a large number of apartments in the general area.
I think it is a great project, but the WRONG location.
I urge you to deny this application or at very least remand it back to P&Z as there have been substantial changes that
staff has not had the opportunity to review.
"We're not in any hurry" :)
