Edward and Teresa TuckerEd Tucker, Rezone NW corrver of Under & Ustick Roads Nov 1 2018 at 11,00*29 AM t c *tycIerk,@rner*d' tan.org To whom it may concern; We are home owners at 1856 Canyon Ranch St. Weare opposed to the rezoning of the NW corner of Linder and Ustick Roads for several reasons. With Sawtooth Middle School so close to that intersection, it will be more dangerous for children due to additional traffic in an area that is already too congested. This congestion would spread to the neighborhood streets &create more problems. The city has other areas in close proximity (McMillan Road between Linder and Meridian Roads) with several buildings of three story apartments currently under construction. Consequently, we do not feel there is need to rezone &add more! Apartments on that corner would also be detrimental to current home values in our subdivision.
