To Planning and Zoning Commission of City of Meridian,
We are writing concerning the November 1, 2018 public hearing concerning the development of the
Northwest corner of Ustick and Linder Roads. As homeowners in Tumblecreek Subdivision, a nearby
neighborhood we do not support any proposal to build high density housing, multi family housing units on
this property.
It will have a negative impact on the already crowded roads and schools. A better use of this land would be
commercial development such as a family friendly eatery, sports pub and small businesses
