A parcel of land being the TM Crossing Expansion Area as shown on that Affidavit of Correction recorded as
Instrument No. 2018-087272 of Ada County records which is a Portion of Block 4 of Primrose Subdivision
(Book 25 at Pages 1576-1577 of Ada County records) situated in the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section
14, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho and being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at an aluminum cap marking the South 1/4 corner of said Section 14, which bears S00°35'54"W a
distance of 2,656.81 feet from a 5/8 -inch rebar marking the Center of said Section 14, thence N00°35'54"E a
distance of 1,328.04 feet to the Southwest corner of said Primrose Subdivision and being the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Thence following the westerly line of said Primrose Subdivision, N00°35'54"E a distance of 440.84 feet to the
northwest corner of said TM Crossing Expansion Area;
Thence leaving said westerly line and following the northerly line of said TM Crossing Expansion Area,
S89°11'36"E a distance of 166.08 feet to the westerly line of Lot 1, Block 4 of said Primrose Subdivision;
Thence leaving said northerly line and following the westerly lines of Lots 1 and 2, Block 4 of said Primrose
Subdivision, S00°33'54"W a distance of 440.68 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 2, Block 4;
Thence leaving said westerly lines and following the southerly line of said Primrose Subdivision, N89`14'52"W
a distance of 166.34 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
