Subject:H-2018-0059 code amendment
I am writing to let you know that I strongly oppose the H-2018-0059 code amendment. I hold a stake in a real estate
development company and have to say that the city is too quick to bend to developers. Consequently developers can
do about whatever they want. The result of poor decisions that may have made short term sense in the past are among
other things, the overcrowding of schools and the imbalance of which of schools continue to get hit (e.g. Paramount),
population densities too great for our roads (pick any major street) and a poor balance of commercial and residency
(Eagle Rd. is the only real north/south road with shopping, causing a mess for the city).
Please don't make another mistake.
