the hour of 6:00 p.m. on
Thursday, October 18, 2018
for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the applica-
tions of:

Conditional Use Permit for
a church on 8.49 acres of
land in an R-8 zoning district
for Sulamita Church (H-
2018-0110) located 4973 W.
Cherry Ln.
Ten Mile Development,
LLC for Rezone of 3.53
acres of land from the L -O to
the R-15 zoning district; and
a Development Agreement
Modification to remove the
subject property from the ex-
isting agreement (instrument
No. 106002636, Silver Oaks
Subdivision) for Elevate
Franklin Storage (H-2018-
0109) located the NW corner
of W. Franklin Rd. and N.

view upon request. Any inter-
ested persons shall be heard
at said public hearing. Oral
testimony may be limited to
three (3) minutes per person.
