EN pursuant to the Ordi-
nances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the City Council of
the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Meridi-
an City Hall, 33 East Broad-
way Avenue, Meridian, Idaho,
at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, October 23, 2018
for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the applica-
tions of:
DevCo Development LLC
for Modification to the Ex -
Ming Development Agree-
ment to include the subject
property in the agreement of
19.44 acres of land with an
R-15 zoning district; Annexa-
tion and Zoning of 19.44
acres of land with an R-15
zoning district; and a Prelimi-
nary Plat consisting of 132
building lots and 18 common
lots on 17.35 acres of land in
an R-15 zoning district for Ve-
rado West (H-2018-0085) lo-
cated at 3090 N. Locust
Grove Rd.
Copies of the above appli-
cations are available for re-
view upon request. Any inter-
ested persons shall be heard
at said public hearing. Oral
testimony may be limited to
three (3) minutes per person.
Written testimony may be
submitted prior to the hear-
ing, either in person or via
U.S. Mail, to Meridian City
Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite
104, Meridian, Idaho 83642,

Persons interested in being
heard regarding the above
applications should plan to
submit written testimony or
testify at the hearing. All writ-
ten testimony and all materi-
als presented at the hearing
shall become property of the
City of Meridian and public
records subject to the provi-
sions of the Idaho Public
Records Act. Anyone desiring
