Dear Mr. Coles and B Parsons,
In reference to Planning and Zoning, Comprehensive Plans now and the future and densities I oppose H-218-
0059. I feel packing or increasing densities is a fire and life safety issue, to increase the quantities of persons in
such confines places all potentially in peril should a fire or emergency event occur. Increasing densities also
diminish the values of surrounding residential areas. Please use good judgement and not continue to kowtow to
every whim of the developers.
