ITS DECISION IN THE MATTER
A Request for Reconsideration dated September 25, 2018 of the above -captioned matter by the
appellant Bling LLC and Go for It LLC was properly filed.
The City Council scheduled the request to be considered at its regularly scheduled meeting on
October 16, 2018 and provided Notice of such to the appellant.
The City Council considered the written request and AFFIRMED its decision as set forth in the
Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decision and Order dated September 11, 2018. The City
Council further directed staff to prepare new findings with additional detail as to their basis to deny
the application.
An affected person aggrieved by the final decision in this matter may seek judicial review as
provided by chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code.
By action of the City Council at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of October, 2018
