The City's Comprehensive Plan is being revised by stakeholders, including residents--and Comprehensive Plans should
drive codes, not the reverse. We believe residents should have a voice in the new Comp Plan before significant code
changes are made (please note DevCo's Jim Conger sits on the Comp Plan steering committee).
Please consider this email my voice against such a proposal at this time,
