CC - 2018-11-7 Meridian PressNOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of: 745 W. Ustick, LLC for Annexation and Zoning of 15.13 acres of land with a TN-R zoning district for Summertown Subdivision (H-2017-0142) located at 745 W. Ustick Rd. Scott Smith for Rezone of 0.73 of an acre of land from the C-C to the O-T zoning district for Smith Rezone (H-2018-0097) located at 1321 & 1323 Main St. Yuriy Mukha for Rezone of property from R-4 (18.994 acres) to R-8, a Preliminary Plat consisiting of 74 single-family residential building lots and 14 common lots on 18.994 acres of land in a proposed R-8 zoning district, and to Modify an existing Development Agreement to allow for additional residential and common lots, to allow for R-8 zoning, and to change certain other provisions of the agreement for Burlingame Subdivision (H-2018-0079) located near the NW corner of W. Cherry Ln. and N. Black Cat Rd. Jane Suggs for Annexation and Zoning of 12.84 acres of land with an R-4 zoning district, and Preliminary Plat consisting of 30 building lots and 9 common lots on 12.71 acres of land in an R-4 zoning district for Westbridge Subdivision (H-2018-0088) located at 5745 and 5865 N. Black Cat Rd. Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the above applications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act.
