We are opposed to the rezoning of that parcel of land for the proposed development for the following
reasons. We live in the Tumble creek subdivision across Ustick Road and until Linder road and Ustick are
widened, they cannot very well support the added traffic. Also, the proposed 4 huge apartment units are far
outside of the existing area's housing design. We would much rather see single family houses or townhomes.
However, if there is going to be multifamily structures they should be held to duplexes or fourplexes with
Covenants and Restrictions similar to Bridgetower and Tumble Creek subdivision's standards.
