Nampa, ID, for further information This mainline has a minimum easement of ten feet (10') total, five feet (5') from centerline each direction. NMID will need to review plans before final plat approval, to see how our facility will be affected. This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License Agreement and approved plan before construction is unacceptable. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site.
