PZ - 2018-11-01 Meridian PressNOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 18, 2018 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of: Matthew Garner for a Conditional Use Permit for a church on 8.49 acres of land in an R-8 zoning district for Sulamita Church (H-2018-0110) located 4973 W. Cherry Ln. Ten Mile Development, LLC for Rezone of 3.53 acres of land from the L-O to the R-15 zoning district; and a Development Agreement Modification to remove the subject property from the existing agreement (Instrument No. 106002636, Silver Oaks Subdivision) for Elevate Franklin Storage (H-2018-0109) located the NW corner of W. Franklin Rd. and N. Umbria Hill's Ave. at 3755 W. Perugia St. neUdesign Architecture, LLC for Rezone property from C-C (5.90 acres) to R-40; and a Conditional Use Permit for a multi-family development consisting of 96 multi-family residential units within 4 multi-family structures on 4.772 acres of land in a proposed R-40 zoning district; and Modification of an Existing Development Agreement to allow for R-40 zoning and to change certain other provisions of the agreement for Buyrite LLC Apartments (H- 2018-0096) located at the NW corner of W. Ustick Rd. and N. Linder Rd. Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the above applications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act.
