Hi Sonya,
We have reviewed the staff report for the subject project and agree with the staff analysis and the conditions of
approval.
We appreciate the staff recommendation in condition 1.1.2.a, that “a temporary turn-around easement be depicted
on the lots affected by the cul-de-sac at the end of N. Oakstone Ave….” We will be working with ACHD to ensure
that the two lots are buildable with an easement in place.
