Subject:Proposed setback changes, revision to zoning naming
Dear P and Z committee. I write you in opposition to the proposal by Devco to change he setback regulations for
development. This change will convert nice neighborhoods to virtual eyesores. Please DO NOT CONSIDER THIS.
I also oppose the CONFUSING proposed change to the naming of zones. R-2 is a nomenclature all can understand, R-A
simply ads confusion. What is the point. Keep it as it is.
