What is the purpose? It serves none except giving beurocrats something to do. Leave this as it is. I write you in opposition to the proposal by Devco to change he setback regulations for development. This change will convert nice neighborhoods to virtual eyesores. Please DO NOT CONSIDER THIS. I also oppose the CONFUSING proposed change to the naming of zones. R-2 is a nomenclature all can understand, R-A simply ads confusion. What is the point. Keep it as it is. Theodore W.
