With 30 buildable lots on the 12.71 acre site, our project density is 2.4 du/acre. This density is a bit lower than the 3 du/acre shown in the Comp Plan for Medium Density. We are constructing lots that meet the R-4 zoning designation with lots sizes ranging from 8098 sf to 13,570 sf. The Westbrige lot sizes are complementary to the smaller lots located in the surrounding subdivisions to the south and east, and also provide a transition to the larger lots to the north. Site geometry, site characteristics and City policy have also contributed to the design of the project and the number of buildable lots.
