CC - 2018-10-16 Meridian PressNOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of: Costco Wholesale for Modification to the Development Agreement to include conceptual building elevations for Costco Wholesale Store (H-2018-0066) generally located at the SW corner of W. Chinden Blvd./S.H. 20/26. ALC Architecture for Modification to an Existing Development Agreement to allow for minor vehicle repair uses on the property and to modify certain other provisions of the development agreement for Calderwood Business Park (H-2018-0103) located at the SE corner of S. Meridian Rd. and E. Calderwood Dr. Yuriy Mukha for Rezone of property from R-4 (18.994 acres) to R-8; a Preliminary Plat consisiting of 74 single-family residential building lots and 14 common lots on 18.994 acres of land in a proposed R -8 zoning district; and, to Modify an Existing Development Agreement to allow for additional residential and common lots, to allow for R-8 zoning, and to change certain other provisions of the agreement for Burlingame Subdivision (H-2018-0079) located near the Northwest corner of W. Cherry Ln. and N. Black Cat Rd. Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the above applications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act.
