The proposed project is a 2,418 square foot Del Taco restaurant with a drive-thru and is located on the northeastern portion of the plat of land off the northeast corner at the intersection of U.S. Highway 26 (Chinden Boulevard) and North Linder Road. Aside from an automotive oil change business located to the Southeast of the parcel, the plat of land is currently undeveloped. Access to the restaurant will be off of West Island Green Drive, using existing traffic layouts currently in place. The building is set to be laid out in a way that allows for smooth traffic flow between future parcels and the drive-thru is located in a way that will not add additional clutter to the proposed entry to the site off of West Island Green Drive.
