As discussed, I am sending you a very preliminary site plan showing the proposed daycare facility to be located at 2009 S Wells Ave, Meridian 83642. The site plan shows the proposed accesses from Mills Ave. (existing curb return) and a proposed access off Goldstone Street. Based on my measurements, it appears the proposed access off Goldstone would be about 90' from center of access to center of intersection. Are there exemption from the 150' setback requirement? Additionally, based on what you see on this plan, do you have a sense to the approximate cost for Impact Fees for this project? Finally, based on our conversation, it does not sound like a traffic impact analysis would be required for a daycare. Is that correct? Thank you again for your time. I am sure I will be following up as we move further along on this project. 1 v x 0 m n m z M 0 gbgH CL120,O 's. n -n 9 gym cl O z M 0 gbgH 's. n -n 9 gym cl O Vicinity Map Legend Project Location Area of Impact .
