9th day of September 2018. Signs were posted for Development Agreement Modification, Rezone
of 18.99 acres from R-4 to R-8, and a Preliminary Plat for Burlingame Subdivision - 74 single-family
residential lots, 2 common/driveway lots and 12 open space/common/park lots.
