Just so you know, I set a meeting with the neighbors representative, Joshua Leonard, to discuss the proposed
revisions to the development agreement. However, he cancelled the meeting one hour before we to meet and
proposed meeting after the neighborhood meeting. We did meet last night after the neighborhood meeting and
discussed some minor revisions to the DA which have been incorporated.
