PZ - 2018-10-04 Meridian PressNOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 4, 2018 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of: Scott Smith for Rezone of 0.73 of an acre of land from the C-C to the O-T zoning district for Smith Rezone (H-2018-0097) located at 1321 & 1323 Main St. Jane Suggs for Annexation and Zoning of 12.84 acres of land with an R-4 zoning district; and Preliminary Plat consisting of 30 building lots and 9 common lots on 12.71 acres of land in an R-4 zoning district for Westbridge Subdivision (H-2018-0088) located at 5745 and 5865 N. Black Cat Rd. LCA Architects for Conditional Use Permit approval to expand an existing non-conforming use (parking lot); and Conditional Use Permit approval to expand a public education institution an additional 31,992 square feet in the R-4 zoning district for Meridian High School Auditorium (H-2018-0101) located at 1900 W. Pine Ave. Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Me ridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the above applications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act.
