We are in receipt of the staff report and accept the approval with conditions noted.
Matt Adams from The Land Group will be attending the hearing for another item and can field questions for the design
team if there are any. Let us know if any fire department personnel are needed and Charlie said he could try to get
someone there.

Attached is the staff report for the proposed CUP for Fire Station H-2018-0083. This item is
scheduled to be on the Commission agenda on September 6 th . The public hearing will be held at City
Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
Gunnar and/or Charlie - Please submit any written response you may have to the staff report to the
City Clerkâs office (cityclerk@meridiancity.org ) and Sonya as soon as possible.
