To Whom It May Concern:
Please move forward in developing our wonderful town and don't let a few "neighborhood residents"
decide what is best for all of Meridian.
My name is Jane Curtis. I am resident of the City of Meridian and I am concerned that the stall tactics and
interference of a few will derail this proposal. You do know that is their plan, right? If they cause delay
after delay after delay they are hoping Costco will become frustrated and pull out completely. Please do
not let this happen.
I lived in Coeur d'Alene less than 1/4 mile from where Costco dropped a store right in the middle of a long-
time established neighborhood. They did a fabulous job and it was a very positive success. Whether the
outside of the building is grey, or sand or turned this way or that way, or looks like Albertson's new
"Market Fresh" design will not matter 5 years from now.
Please do what is best for the ENTIRE City population and get this project moving forward. Do not allow
these diversionary tactics to stall and threaten a project that will have impact on all residents of Meridian.
