Subject:Rezoning of property at Northwest corner of Cherry Lane & Blackcat
To the members of the Meridian City Zoning Commission
The request to rezone the above mentioned property at Cherry Lane & Blackcat from R4 to R8, allowing
more than 74 residential lots and other lots will put a tremendous amount of congestion on our roads and
impact the overcrowded school populations. I believe Meridian should drastically reduce the approval of
more residential & commercial developments. The growth in our community has been done only for the
financial greed of land investors. We need to slow down and make better decisions for the rate of growth to
be what the citizens want.
