Hi Chad,
After looking at the proposed EEG office building at 551 SW 5 th Avenue it doesn’t look like any work is proposed to
be done in the right-of-way, and the driveways are existing. If the plan changes to include work within the ACHD
right-of-way plan review and a permit will be required.
ACHD doesn’t have any site specific conditions of approval, however impact fees will still be due. I am passing along
the application to my coworker for impact fee review/assessment. Let me know if you have any questions.
