ITS DECISION IN THE MATTER
A Request for Reconsideration dated July 16, 2018 and a Supplemental Request for Reconsideration
dated July 19, 2018 of the above -captioned matter by the appellant James Doolin, FIG Village at
Parkside LLC was properly filed.
The City Council scheduled the request to be considered at its regularly scheduled meeting on
August 28, 2018 and provided Notice of such to the appellant.
The City Council considered the written request and AFFIRMED its decision as set forth in the
Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decision and Order dated July 10, 2018.
An affected person aggrieved by the final decision in this matter may seek judicial review as
provided by chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code.
