Idaho and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a brass cap marking the Northwest corner of said Section 7;
thence along the West boundary of said Section 7
South 00022'59" West, formerly South 00024'19" West, 1041.87 feet to a point on
the extend North boundary of said Block 3; thence along the said North boundary
North 89037'05" East 263.31 feet to an iron pin on the East boundary of Record
of Survey No. 8427, filed for record in the office of the Ada County Recorder, Boise,
Idaho under Instrument No. 108108418, said point marking the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continuing
