NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian
City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 20, 2018
for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of:
Daniel A. Schwalbe Inc. for Conditional Use Permit for a drive-through pharmacy within 300 feet on an
existing drive-through establishment on 0.772 of an acre of land in a C-G zoning district, for Healthy Balance
Pharmacy (H-2018-0086) located at 2424 E. Gala Ct.
DevCo Development LLC for Modification to the Existing Development Agreement for Verado
Subdivision to include the subject property in the agreement, Annexation and Zoning of 19.44 acres of land with
an R-15 zoning district; and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 132 building lots and 18 common lots on 17.35 acres of
land in an R-15 zoning district for Verado West (H-2018-0085) located at 3090 N. Locust Grove Rd.
Hummel Architects for Conditional Use Permit for a 25,204 square foot addition to the existing high
school on 54.99 acres of land in the R-4 zoning district for Mountain View High School Addition (H-2018-0089)
located at 2000 S. Millennium Way
Yuriy Mukha for Rezone of property from R-4 (18.994 acres) to R-8; a Preliminary Plat consisiting of 74
single-family residential building lots and 14 common lots on 18.994 acres of land in a proposed R -8 zoning district;
and, to Modify an Existing Development Agreement to allow for additional residential and common lots, to allow
for R-8 zoning, and to change certain other provisions of the agreement for Burlingame Subdivision (H-2018-0079)
located near the Northwest corner of W. Cherry Ln. and N. Black Cat Rd.
Horizon Tower/Verizon Wireless c/o Powder River Development Services, LLC for Conditional Use
Permit for a wireless communication facility in and R-8 zoning district for Hill's Century Farm Wireless
Communications Facility (H-2018-0087) located at the southeast corner of E. Amity Rd. and S. Eagle Rd.
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons shall be
heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be
submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104,
Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the
above applications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all
materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the
provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities related to documents
